How I’m doing:
Last Night: 2-0-1
On The Season: 2-0-1
Tonight’s Picks:
Golden State @ Atlanta (-1): The Hawks beat them in Golden State the last time the two teams play, and I think Atlanta matches up well; Golden State likes to get opponents into a running game and, given the young talent on the Hawks, there may not be too many teams better at that pace than themselves.
Seattle @ Detroit (-14): It’s a high spread, but it’s Seattle. Take it.
Toronto (+9) @ Orlando: No Chris Bosh, who’s still nursing a leg injury, but the spread seems a little high with or without him. I like the Raptors to cover.
Nets (+12) @ San Antonio: The Spurs aren’t traditionally a good team against the spread. To win, sure. To cover, no.
Phoenix @ Portland (+3): Three points at home to a team that’s 2-4 with Shaq? Buy it up. Buy. It. Up.
Lakers (-5) @ Kings: Meh. Hard game to call, but go with Kobe.
