		<description>While everything you said above is correct, the Eagles still have competed and won within the division since 2001.  The Eagles are notorious for slow starts so don&#039;t count them out yet.  Their biggest problem this year seems to be finishing ball games and it doesn&#039;t help that Westbrook has been hurt with numerous injuries since last year.  If this team can secure some loose ends they have a great chance at winning the rest of their division games making things interesting in the NFC East.</description>
