		<description>While everything you said above is correct, the Eagles still have competed and won within the division since 2001.  The Eagles are notorious for slow starts so don't count them out yet.  Their biggest problem this year seems to be finishing ball games and it doesn't help that Westbrook has been hurt with numerous injuries since last year.  If this team can secure some loose ends they have a great chance at winning the rest of their division games making things interesting in the NFC East.</description>
