Before I jump into the scores, I should point out that I’m 11-3 against the spread right now. I’ll dive into today’s games. Here we go.

Houston Texans 16, Cleveland Browns 6: So…. do we start yelling for Derrick Andreson again? Brady Quinn went 8/18 for 92 yards and 2 picks. Anderson came in on relief, but it was way too late at that point.

SF 49′ers 22, Dallas Cowboys 35: The Cowboys are back. They’ll win one of the wild card spots in the NFC, and the other will go to whoever finishes second in the South.

Tampa Bay Bucs 38, Detroit Lions 20: The Lions were up 17-0. Is there a lead that’s safe with this team? I guess had they jumped up 39-0, they would’ve been safe.

New York Jets 34, Tennessee Titans 13: People have been waiting for this. No one really thought the Titans would go undefeated. They’re still good, but on offense they’re just too one-dimensional.

Buffalo Bills 54, Kansas City 31: If you bet the over on this one, you’d cashed your money out by halftime. Congrats to Trent Edwards, who looked like a starting NFL quarterback for the first time this season.

Chicago Bears 27, St. Louis Rams 3: They don’t have the worst record — Detroit does — but they might well be the worst team right now.

New England Patriots 48, Miami Dolphins 28: This was one of my Locks of the Week, and sure enough, it hit with ease. Matt Cassel threw for 400 yards again, but I don’t think you’ll hear any talk of him taking over for Brady.

Minnesota Vikings 30, Jacksonville Jaguars 12: Time to seal the casket that was the Jaguars’ playoff hopes.

Philadelphia Eagles 7, Baltimore Ravens 37: McNabb was benched in this one. It didn’t matter. Baltimore dominated on both sides of the ball, suffocating the Eagles lackluster offensive attempt.

Oakland Raiders 31, Denver Broncos 10: Denver’s really lucky they’re in a bad division. Otherwise these bad losses would start adding up.

Carolina Panthers 28, Atlanta Falcons 45: The Panthers might be in trouble. Their upcoming schedule is rough, and the majority of their home games this season have already been played. It’s going to be a week by week playoff to see who wins this NFC South division.

New York Giants 37, Arizona Cardinals 29: I was hesitant this team would win without Brandon Jacobs. But one way or another — whether its defense or offense — the Giants find a way to win.

Washington Redskins 20, Seattle Seahawks 17: The ‘Skins got the win, but they’ve gotta pick it up on offense soon.
