I got this little piece of at Deadspin, and am still trying to comprehend everything I’ve just read.

TO, who’s still injured and may not play in the Cowboys first playoff game, is trademarking certain phrases, phrases that I don’t think anyone’s going to try and steal any time soon.

On December 14, 2007, football star Terrell Owens filed to protect the trademark I Love Me Some Me in relation to restaurants, clothing and cups.

Well, it’s nice to know that during his hiatus from the team, he’s at least spending his time wisely. And when I say “spending his time wisely,” I mean “being constructive enough to keep his mind off the pills and suicide.” Some people read books. Others trademark I Want Me Some Me. Like I said, still trying to comprehend this.
