You’re gonna have to hurry to see this, because Youtube will yank it down soon, but this was last night’s Evans/Liddell fight in Atlanta. From what I understand, it was a pretty boring fight, right up until the time that Evans lands this punch and knocks Liddell out for a good sixty seconds. The Iceman continues his slide towards mediocrity, and the UFC, with its best fighter in jail (Rampage), has to wonder who’s going to be the face of this league.

Unfortunately for Lidell he is in a very deep 205 class that is also, on average, 10 years younger than him. The great thing about MMA is that there is a new face fighting each month. From Forrest Griffin to BJ Penn to GSP Randy Couture to Rich Franklin to Wanderlei Silva, the UFC does not have to worry about who the face of UFC will be.
