It’s one cop and about fifty potheads. And if the guy holding the camera could refrain from shaking like an earthquake during laughter, we might have a better view of it. Congrats to the potheads, though, who seemed to make it out okay. And that cop may want to re-think his exercise routine; he doesn’t even attempt to chase ‘em down.
