-Green Bay 6, Chiefs 3: The Falcons game is blacked out, so I’ve been forced to watch this game, and it hasn’t been pretty — the Packers are moving the ball but can’t seem to score, and the Chiefs just aren’t moving the ball. I never thought I’d say Brodie Croyle would be the answer for a team playing in the NFL, but the Chiefs have to pull the plug on Damon Huard at some point.

-Denver 0, Detroit 13: Jay Cutler’s out, and Patrick Ramsey’s in. The Lions are sticking to the running game for the third week in a row, and it’s working. Calvin Johnson alert: Two catches, 30 yards.

-Bengals 14, Bills 10: Buffalo’s been dominating the game, but just before the half the Bengals took a kick off 100 yards for a touchdown.

-49′ers 7, Falcons 7: The most exciting game of the season. For sure.

-Panthers 0, Titans 10: Vince Young has thrown for only 41 yards, but the Titans are sticking to their winning formula: Defense and running. And, somehow, it’s working every week. David Carr is 6/10 for 26 yards and a pick. Hard to imagine he’d be worse at Carolina than he was in Texas.

-Cardinals 3, Bucs 10: Kurt Warner may want to sit this one out: He’s 3/11 for 63 yards and a pick.

-Redskins 6, Jets 17: Say goodbye to Joe Gibbs. The man can’t produce an offense, even against the J-E-T-S, Jets! Jets! Jets!

-Jags 17, Saints 24: I thought the Jags strong point was supposed to be their defense.

-Chargers 7, Vikings 7: I’m hoping Minnesota can hang on, because I’ve got money on them at +7.
